Does anyone know of a way to use NTA to display all of the multicast addresses that are being seen on the network? I went into NTA Settings, IP Address Groups, Manage IP Address Groups, Add New Group, and then added the following group:
Description:
This IP Address group matches all of the following rule(s):
is: | IP End Range is: |
then submitted it. I now see netflow traffic for the entire multicast range, but I really need to get a list of all active multicast addresses being used. We are planning on rolling out a new multimedia system that will be using multicast to deliver its streams, so we need to make certain that we don't use multicast addresses that are already being used.
Thanks,
Jon
